Rental Policies

Renter Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Tow-capable vehicle required (appropriate hitch, working lights)
• Credit or debit card required for deposit
Rates and Payment
• All rates are due at pickup
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash

Rental Period
• Half-day rentals: up to 4 hours from pickup
• Full-day rentals: up to 24 hours from pickup
• Weekend rentals: Friday pickup through Monday 9am return
• Weekly rentals: 7 days from pickup time
Late returns are billed at 1 hour of the applicable daily rate per hour late.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit is collected at pickup and returned in full upon return of the trailer in the same condition as rented, on time, and with no missing accessories.
Damage Policy
Renters are responsible for any damage to the trailer, tires, lights, or accessories that occurs during the rental period beyond normal wear. Damage will be assessed at return and deducted from the deposit; if damage exceeds the deposit, the renter will be billed for the difference.
Prohibited Uses
• Exceeding the trailer’s rated payload capacity
• Hauling hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, corrosive)
• Hauling live animals
• Illegal cargo of any kind
• Subletting or re-renting the trailer to a third party
• Off-road use beyond normal gravel/dirt access roads (unless agreed in advance)
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: partial fee retained
• No-shows: deposit retained
